Tests prove Actuate 6 delivers near linear scalability on the

The benchmark results showed that Actuate 6, running on Windows 2000, achieved unparalleled scalability on systems ranging from a one-node, 4-CPU server to a 6-node, 24-CPU configuration. The benchmark demonstrated Actuate 6's ability to generate tens of millions of report pages per day, service tens of millions of viewing requests per day, while supporting millions of distinct user sessions per day. The data presented in the benchmark will assist organizations that are intending to implement enterprise solutions to meet the information needs of all their users.

The performance tests were conducted at the IBM Solution Partnership Center in San Mateo, California using Actuate 6 on the Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, running on Intel-based IBM xSeries servers.
