Actuant Hires New Director of Corporate Development.

Mr. Wozniak starts in his new position in early April, and succeeds Brian Kobylinski, who was previously promoted to business leader of Hydratight; Actuant's bolting business.

Mr. Wozniak has held a variety of investment banking positions at Wachovia Securities Wachovia Securities, located in Richmond, Virginia (soon to be moved to St. Louis), is the third largest brokerage firm in the United States as of 2006 with $689 billion retail client assets under management. It is a subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation.  over the past 10 years, the most recent of which was Managing Director, Industrial Corporate Finance Group. Prior to Wachovia, Mr. Wozniak was Managing Director with First Chicago Capital Markets.
