Actuant Expands Leadership Team; Team Includes Four Executives from the Recent Key Components Inc. Acquisition.

Named to the Leadership Team are Nick Arena (Acme Electric), Marty O'Donohue (Specialty Electrical), Marty Palmer (Recreational Vehicle), Jan Smit Jan Smit is a common Dutch name, and often used to refer to an unknown person (similar to John Doe). People with this name include:
  • Jan Smit (paleontologist)
  • Jan Smit (physicist)
  • Jan Smit (singer)
 (Power-Packer), Andre Deschamps (Power-Packer), George Scherer (B.W. Elliott), Daryl Lilly (Gits Manufacturing), and Raymond Shaw (China). The additions increase the Leadership Team from nine to 17 members.

The original members of the Actuant's Leadership Team include Bob Arzbaecher (Chief Executive Officer), Andrew Lampereur (Chief Financial Officer), Ron Wieczorek, (Global Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees. ), Brian Kobylinski (Business Development), Mark Goldstein (Tools & Supplies), Gustav Boel (European Electrical), Ed Staple (Gardner Bender), George Bowman (Enerpac), and Bill Blackmore (Engineered Solutions).
