Actuant Announces Pricing of Senior Notes.

The device at the telco side is the ATU-C (Central), which is a line card plugged into the DSLAM. ) today announced the pricing of its private placement of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Notes due 2017. The Senior Notes will be issued at a price of 99.607%, to yield 6.93%. The sale of the senior notes is expected to close on or about June 12th.
