TAMPA, Fla. -- Actsoft, Inc.[TM], a leading provider of GPS, mobile management solutions, announces the launch of the House Arrest Solution (HAS), the only application on the market that encompasses active GPS with continuous alcohol monitoring.

This innovative, unique and completely wireless solution equips the Agency and Field Officer with the necessary information to track clients effectively, monitor them constantly and maximize public safety for just a few dollars a day.

HAS consists of the patented alcohol sensor Bluetooth ankle bracelet, Bluetooth and java enabled wireless handset The part of the telephone that contains the speaker and the microphone. HAS includes a reporting feature illustrating all automatic arrivals and departures from Exclusion and Inclusion Zones for each client, displaying the date, time and location of events. When clients enter Exclusion Zones A zone established by a sanctioning body to prohibit specific activities in a specific geographic area. The purpose may be to persuade nations or groups to modify their behavior to meet the desires of the sanctioning body or face continued imposition of sanctions, or use or threat of  an Alert is sent via email or to the Officer's handset. This data transmits every minute when tracking in the Exclusion Zone to closely monitor the client. These features provide invaluable information for Field Officers to ensure client compliance and handle the exceptions appropriately.
