Actor and Business Lecturer John Cleese to Deliver Featured Keynote Presentation at ICCM.

Questex Media Group, Inc. announced today the keynote speakers for ICCM, to be held September 25-28, 2005, at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Keynote presentations at ICCM will offer attendees practical advice and insight into what organizations with contact centers must do in order to develop customer-focused business processes, and what people who manage them must know to be successful.

The three-day event will open with a keynote presentation by Ann Rhoades, culture transformation guru and former executive vice president of JetBlue Airways. On Sunday, September 25 at 6 p.m., Rhoades will share her creative approach to developing cultures around "fun" lifestyles in the presentation "People-Centric Cultures Pay Big Dividends." Rhoades will also share her first-hand experiences in launching successful start-up companies, blending post-merger cultures and creating a legacy of people-centric organizations.

John Cleese will deliver his keynote presentation "Creativity and Corporate Learning" on Monday, September 26 at 8 a.m. Cleese is best known for his roles in Monty Python's Flying Circus, The Fawlty Towers, and A Fish Called Wanda. Cleese is also the founder of Video Arts, which pioneered the use of humor in training and is the world's largest provider of business training programs. Established in 1972 with three fellow British actors, Video Arts has gained an international reputation as the premiere source for business know-how.

On Monday, September 26 at 12 p.m., Dr. Anton will present "The Journey to Becoming a World-Class Call Center." Dr. Anton will describe one leading organization's journey to becoming a world-class call operation, and its successful strategy to reduce costs, increase revenues, improve customer satisfaction, expand market share and accelerate speed to scale.

On Tuesday, September 27 at 8 a.m. David Batstone, Author of Saving the Corporate Soul, will share "The Secret of Customer Services: Making Promises and Keeping Them." In this presentation, Batstone will examine how a company can identify certain strategies and make promises that it can keep. He will also discuss the impact of credible promises on improved worker performance that result when employees feel empowered to match their skills with the company's specific goals.
