Actor 'beat 2 cops with own baton' CHARGES.


A HOLLYWOOD actor has been charged with battering two cops with one of their own batons after violence flared at an anti-George Bush demo in London.

Scot George Anton, 43, has starred in big-budget movies including Harrison Ford's Cold War thriller K-19: The Widowmaker and recently appeared in the BBC's adaptation of Robin Hood Robin Hood, legendary hero of 12th-century England who robbed the rich to help the poor. Chivalrous, manly, fair, and always ready for a joke, Robin Hood reflected many of the ideals of the English yeoman. .
