Actor's visit 'soon'.

Sir Anthony Hopkins is keeping tight-lipped over the date for his visit to a South Wales town to unveil the statue of his comic hero. The Welsh actor is set to unveil a bronze statue of Tommy Cooper in the comedian's birthplace of Caerphilly. Tudor Jones, secretary of the Tommy Cooper Society, said Sir Anthony had called him to confirm he would be arriving soon.

"He couldn't give us a specific date but he said he would be coming shortly with his wife Stella," he said.
