Acton Acquires Some Assets Of William H. Kaufman Inc. To Expand Its Line Of Specialized And Winter Boots.

Acton acquired this equipment from the bankruptcy of Canadian manufacturer William H. Kaufman Inc., which marketed its products under the brand name Sorel Sorel (sôrĕl`), city (1991 pop. 18,786), S Que., Canada, at the confluence of the St. Lawrence and Richelieu rivers. It is a grain-shipping center with an important shipbuilding industry.  and Black Diamond.
