Activision Probe: Santa Monica-based video game publisher Activision Inc. was targeted last week in another shareholder lawsuit accusing it of improperly enhancing and reporting executives' stock options. One of the nation's largest video game publishers, it also received a letter the week before from the SEC requesting information about the company's stock option grant practices. And in early July, the company was named in a derivative suit filed in L.A Superior Court citing "improprieties in the company's issuance of stock options." Current and former members of the company's board of directors were named as defendants. The company said it intends to cooperate with the SEC.
