 BB: IENT), award-winning developer of the popular Warbirds TotalSim series, announced today that it has signed an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Activision, a leading worldwide developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and leisure products, to ship three of IENT's newest air and land combat game titles to stores for the Christmas 2002 retail season.

Under the terms of the agreement, Activision Value Activision Value Publishing, Inc. is an American computer and video game company, a merger of Activision, Expert Software and Head Games Publishing.  Publishing will serve as exclusive U.S. distributor for three new IENT combat titles - Dawn of Aces II, Air Combat, and Armored Assault. Based on the successful Warbirds development platform, these new titles feature rich graphics and terrains, exciting World War II Electronic Battlefield The Electronic Battlefield was a concept of synergizing popular series of computer simulation games with the effect of letting players of different games oppose each other in online play. , combined arms Combined arms is an approach to warfare which seeks to integrate different arms of a military to achieve mutually complementary effects.

Though the lower-echelon units of a combined arms team may be of homogeneous types, a balanced mixture of such units are combined into an
 combat, and access to IENT's online arenas with the ability to support massive numbers of players and recreate most of the actual battles of World War II. All titles will be distributed with 1-2 months of free online play and feature over 45 unique airplanes, tanks, and ships, and many offline missions so players can practice their combat skills solo before coming online.
