new and exciting ways to leverage its content," said Mark Levy, VP/GM Corbis Mobile. "ActiveSymbol's MorphMe game is a great example of how Corbis images are incorporated into innovative applications and services that can be brought to mobile marketers and carriers."

How it Works

The innovative ActiveSymbols platform accepts and decodes images captured from virtually all Webcams, camera phones, Web-enabled PDAs, scanners and fax machines.

The MorphMe 1.0 game lets mobile consumers take a picture of themselves or others and "morph" it into something unique based on images in the Corbis collection. Consumers can turn their photographs into cartoon characters or emoticons or see how they would look with a new physique. Real-time MorphMe 1.0 capabilities include:

--"Make me a Race Car Driver" (Put yourself at the wheel of an IndyCar)

--"Make me a Hunk" and "Make me a Babe" (Take a photo and put it on a "better body")

--"Make me Bark" (Find out how you would look as a dog)

--"Make me an Emoticon" (Turn a picture into an emoticon)
