ActiveCore Technologies Announces the Opening of U.S. Office.

TORONTO -- ActiveCore Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ATVE), a company that operates a group of subsidiaries and divisions in the U.S. and Canada that offer a Smart Enterprise Suite of products, announced today that it will be opening a new office in Boca Raton Florida.

ActiveCore has recently signed several service based contracts in the U.S. and is bidding on a number of other more substantial projects in several southern U.S. states. The larger projects are for the Platform/System Migration and Modernization ("Lift and Shift") segment of ActiveCore's business and it has become apparent that the Company would benefit by having a physical presence in the U.S. The Company will officially open the Boca office during the month of May and this office will focus on building a greater presence in the southern states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Texas.
