Active enters alliance with Insignia/ESG.


Active International has formed an alliance with Insignia/ESG, Inc. The alliance is with Active's newly formed real estate division, which helps corporations to sell under-performing real estate assets. The division also manages all of Active's real estate-related corporate trading activities.

One of the first major initiatives of the new division is the strategic alliance with Insignia/ESG which will enable Insignia/ESG's corporate clients to utilize Active's services to recover up to full value for under--performing or surplus commercial real estate.

Utilizing Insignia/ESG's global real estate brokerage BROKERAGE, contracts. The trade or occupation of a broker; the commissions paid to a broker for his services.  offices, Insignia/ESG and Active will work together to identify new corporate clients from whom Active can acquire real estate assets.
