Users can browse messages in any order and process them with a few mouse clicks, handling them much more quickly than they could using the telephone. Users can also send broadcast voice mail and faxes, reply to voice mail and redirect voice or fax messages to other Exchange subscribers.

ViewMail for Exchange users can also check voice, fax and e-mail from any touchtone telephone and listen to e-mail via the text-to-speech conversion. They can reply to e-mail messages with voice mail, and they can redirect faxes and e-mail to any fax machine in the world.
