PhoneMax users can manage all telephone activity on-screen, so dialing, answering, transferring, holding, screening and even conferencing calls is as simple as clicking and dragging a mouse. And, they can use information fr and Excel. PhoneBasic supports OLE drag-and-drop and OLE automation See COM automation., as well as Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), so PhoneMax can be configured for virtually any application. PhoneMax's graphical Windows interface can also be cusan be sent to a credit manager.

PhoneMax also offers powerful rules-based call management features such as call forward, call deflect and do not disturb (on teletegrated windows that control inbound and outbouc. PhoneBASIC also allows PhoneMax 2.0 to integ rate with desktop information managers such as Microsoft Schedule + and Outlook.

PhoneMax will be available the second quarter of 1997. PhoneMax requires a TAPI or TSAPI-compliant telephone and a PC running Microsoft Windows v3.1 or later.
