Under the terms of the agreement, J.G. Van Dyke will provide integration and solution support for Active Software's Integration System through its U.S. government contract vehicles and as a part of its commercial consulting practice.

Together, the two companies will combine J.G. Van Dyke's world-class messaging and security expertise in the U.S. government and private sectors with Active Software's award-winning Integration System to implement new business-critical applications such as defense logistics, information fusion, packaged application integration, inter-agency data sharing The ability to share the same data resource with multiple applications or users.
