In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you.  that will allow users to navigate the Web from Magic Cap personal communicators. Active Paper is also developing Presto!Works for Servers, a unique proxy architecture that enhances performance and functionality of communicator-based Web access. Presto!Links and Presto!Works for Servers are expected to be released during the first half of 1996.

Other Presto!Works products will include Presto!News, an electronic news group reader for Magic Cap, and a variety of add-ons for Presto!Works applications. mobilis, a publication of Vancouver, British Columbia-based Volksware, Inc. is the first free monthly magazine dedicated to mobile computing available exclusively on the Web.
