By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  and investor relations. Mr. Naughty will be granted options equal to 2% of the outstanding shares. These options will vest quarterly over the next year and will be exercisable at $0.10 per share for a period of two years. In addition, to the compensation to be paid to Mr. Naughty, the Corporation has agreed to retain Kcrew Communications Inc., a company dealing at arm's-length with Mr. Naughty, to provide additional marketing services to the Corporation at a cost of $5,500 plus G.S.T. per quarter.
