We have a system in place which considers if a prisoner should be released on compassionate grounds, which applies no matter which political party is in power. Politicians should be using their time repairing and restoring community cohesion Community cohesion refers to the aspect of togetherness exhibited by members of a community. Characterised by similar cultures, lifestyes, family lineage or relations, neighbourhood or any other bonding factors of human living, togetherness in communities is a very cherished trait which is collapsing all around us, instead of petty point scoring. I would urge all MSPs to get off their backsides and get into the deprived areas of Scotland and see the real world which they are ignoring because they are too busy debating the Megrahi case.
