This is a 12.9% increase and is well ahead of general toy industry gains. For the 12-months ending May 31 sales were $9,352,400 vs. $8,442,600 last year, up 10.8%.

These increases are in spite of a relatively soft retail market especially among the larger specialty toy chains. The chains seem to be holding back a lot of buying, which may come in the third and fourth quarters. However, the company is not planning on it and if it comes, business will be that much better. Action Products is confident that its current nine brands and the upcoming two potential mega brands, Talking Stix(TM) and ToddWorld(TM), will bring new sales records for 2005 and 2006.

The company expects to see sales gains from five new products arriving in June and two new products scheduled to arrive in July.
