Action Products continues to increase its multi-brand portfolio with a launch of 50 new and exciting products and two newly acquired, Talking Stix(TM) and ToddWorld(TM) brands scheduled for 2005. The Company reports that April sales continue to strengthen and expects that they may continue to grow with the addition of these new products. Furthermore, management plans to report first quarter financial results at the end of April. At this time, preliminary results show an improvement in the bottom line and a strong balance sheet, clearing the way for another possible acquisition, although none have been identified publicly as of yet. A quarterly management conference call will be scheduled for shortly after the 10-Q is filed.

With the continued diversification of its product lines and increasing support from broadening base of retailers, Action Products anticipates that revenues could continue to increase as the year progresses. Ron Kaplan, President and Chief Executive Officer, remarks, "As the 12 month anniversary of our acquisition of Curiosity Kits is approaching, we have grown our support and revenue from independent and franchise retailers."

He also added, "We have a broadened and loyal customer base, with a new focus on reaching girls, as well as a diversified and strong retail dealer channels, such as hobby and crafts as well as specialty toy stores A toy store, or toy shop, is a retail business specializing in the services of selling toys.
