APII - Advanced Prototype Information Infrastructure (US DoD DISA)

), a leading toy designer and manufacturer of educational and positive, non-violent branded toys, reports that the company has acquired certain assets of the I Made That Corporation of Portland, Oregon.

Stephanie Wieber and Jennifer Humberston of Portland founded I Made That, Corp. in May 2003. The brand has earned several awards for its specially designed line of children's furnishings, room decor and home accessories that allows children (with their parents or caregivers) to create personalized furniture and home accessories such as a step stool, toy cart, play table, and portable organizing boxes.

I Made That and Action Products knows kids love to 'do-it-themselves', and these are high quality, thoughtfully designed wooden furniture kits that kids can make that expresses their creativity. The simple individual designs ensure a successful project, while the child develops problem solving, motor skills, and creativity. Ron Kaplan, President of Action Products said, "This is another in a series of acquisition activities we forecasted for our shareholders as early as two years ago (this letter of intent having been mentioned in a recent company press release). We said we would conduct a series of acquisitions designed to deliver educational and learning experiences for children while leveraging our supply, distribution and marketing capabilities to increase value for our stakeholders. We expect this new brand to add to our top and bottom line materially in 2006. Anyone can order for this year's holidays by clicking www.imadethat.com (while supplies last). This is Action Products second acquisition in the past 18 months. Action Products will disclose future mergers and acquisitions when these transactions are materially likely to occur."
