), the leader in the design, marketing, promotion and distribution of licensed motorsports merchandise, today announced an agreement with Rusty Wallace, 1989 NASCAR NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), organization that sanctions American stock-car races, est. 1948. It held its first race in Daytona Beach, Fla.  Winston Cup champion, and Rusty Wallace Inc., to extend their existing licensing and promotional agreement through 2007, which includes personal appearances and product endorsements by the popular racecar race·car

Initially scheduled to expire at the end of 2004, the parties agreed to a three-year extension through Dec. 31, 2007, and added a number of personal appearances by Wallace to promote NASCAR racing, Action Performance Companies, and Action Performance collectible die-cast products. Appearances are expected to include photo shoots, TV, radio, and/or video productions.
