Action Engine Corporation Appoints Former Microsoft Executive Juha Christensen to Board of Directors.

Regarded as one of the most influential thought-leaders in the mobile arena, Christensen brings more than a decade of industry knowledge and expertise to Action Engine. He made his foray into the wireless industry as a senior executive for Psion -- a world leader in mobile computing and wireless networking, where he spent six years as a senior-level executive in marketing, sales, product management and product design.

Following his tenure at Psion, Christensen co-founded Symbian -- a joint venture between Nokia, Ericsson, Panasonic, Psion, Samsung Electronics, Siemens and Sony/Ericsson. As a senior leader at Symbian, Christensen oversaw the company's product management, product planning, marketing, sales, business development and supplier relationships. He also was responsible for Symbian's North American and Asian operations.

Following a highly successful career with Symbian Ltd., Christensen joined Microsoft as the corporate vice president of Microsoft's Mobile Devices Group, where he drove the division's overall strategic direction and managed operations, marketing, product planning and product management. Christensen was instrumental in leading the company's device strategy from a WAP-based approach to a smart device strategy and led teams responsible for securing key business development deals, including distribution agreements with more than two-dozen mobile operators who are currently in the process of shipping Microsoft Windows Mobile devices. Christensen also guided negotiations between Microsoft and leading device manufacturers, including Motorola, High Tech Computer, MiTAC, TCL, HP, Dell and Toshiba, to ship Microsoft's mobile operating system on various devices.

Christensen commented that since he announced his departure from Microsoft he has been invited to join the board of directors for more than a dozen companies.
