As vice president of North America and Asia Pacific, Souders will lead the company's efforts to grow the customer base and develop high impact partnerships with key strategic partners.

worldwide. Prior to Wavelink, Jim was executive vice president of sales and marketing at OSI. While at OSI, Jim played a key role in growing annual revenue from $5 million to $75 million for the publicly held company.
