The Action Committee for Reasonable Real Estate Property Taxes reports the Department of Finance recommendations for the long term plan have been compiled in a report that commissioner Andrew Eristoff Andrew S. Eristoff is a Republican Party politician from New York City who served as the Commissioner of Tax and Finance under New York State Governor George Pataki from September 16, 2003 until his resignation on November 3, 2006.  will be presenting to the Mayor. Then a final report can be approved and issued. Discussions with the City Council could then lead to State legislative changes.
