International Day Against Fascism And Antisemitism-9 November

An annual European initiative marking the anniversary of the kristallnacht pogrom pogrom (pō`grəm, pōgrŏm`), Russian term, originally meaning "riot," that came to be applied to a series of violent attacks on Jews in Russia in the late 19th and early 20th cent. , though there is no reason why groups in other parts of the world couldn't participate.
