A compilation of forty-five witty sketches by M. K. Boyle (a member of the Christian Writers Guild The Christian Writers Guild (CWG) was established in 1965 by Norman Rohrer as a groundbreaking effort to raise the quality of Christian writing. In 2003 Jerry B. Jenkins purchased the Guild from the retiring Norman Rohrer (who remains on the Editorial Board of CWG). , and the Drama Director at her church, as well as the founder of Acts One, a youth drama company), each of which offers a fresh take on basic Christian concepts, "Acting Up In Church" utilizes humor to address important (and sometimes controversial) issues in a non-threatening manner that is as entertaining as it is thought-provoking. These are sketches that feature a contemporary twist ranging from classic Bible stories A List of Bible stories is a list usually taken as referring to Bible stories. It may include one or more of the following lists:
