) and Adtech, Inc., a Spirent Communications company Communications Company is a communications unit of the United States Marine Corps. They are part of Combat Logistics Regiment 37 , 3rd Marine Logistics Group (3MLG) and III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF). The unit is based out of the Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. , announced that they have settled their pending litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, in exchange for an undisclosed financial payment, Acterna granted Adtech a worldwide license to the patents. While Adtech has not acknowledged any infringement of the patents, it has acknowledged their validity. Further details concerning the settlement have not been released.
