Celogic's employees based near Paris in Trappes will join with Acterna's software group in Plymouth, UK, to form an expanded business unit dedicated to providing quality management solutions to companies using the ETSI standard. Jean Schmitt, the chairman of Celogic, has been named head of strategy and marketing director for the unit and will remain in Trappes.
