 Frost & Sullivan's research, Actelion is the key leader in the U.S. PAH market. Actelion's product Tracleer(R) (bosentan), an orally available dual endothelin receptor antagonist A endothelin receptor antagonist (ERA) is a drug which blocks endothelin receptors.
