Mr. Perret brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of financial management to the CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  position. Prior to joining Actel, he was Site Controller for Applied Materials' manufacturing division in Austin, Texas, beginning in 1992.

Before joining Applied Materials Applied Materials, Inc. Early in his career, Mr. Perret held financial positions with Syva Corporation (a pharmaceutical manufacturer), Raytheon Company's Semiconductor Division and The General Electric Company.
