Acta Technology Raises $7.5 Million in Second Round Venture Financing; Proceeds Will be Used to Fund Acta's Rapid Expansion.

Acta has now raised $9.5 million in two rounds of private venture financing to date.

Acta's financing comes just five months after the introduction and shipment of ActaLink for SAP, Acta's initial product which extracts data from SAP and non-SAP sources, transforms and cleanses the data, and loads it into a data warehouse. Companies such as Monsanto, S-B S-B Stoer-Bulirsch (sampling algorithm)  Power Tools, a subsidiary of Bosch GMBH and Janssen-Ortho have adopted ActaLink.
