ActSoft, Inc. Acquires IT2ME, LLC.


TAMPA, Fla. -- Today ActSoft, Inc. announced that the company has acquired the assets of IT2ME, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

By combining the technologies of both companies, ActSoft, Inc. is now the only company in the Mobile Worker Management and GPS Tracking industry, with the ability to offer client based Refers to hardware or software that runs in the user's machine. See client and client download. Contrast with server based.  applications that work behind the firewall, and web based applications. This acquisition positions ActSoft, Inc. as the driving force in this industry with the capability of offering full featured products on both platforms.
