Acsis, Inc. Appoints Tonya Zweier as Chief Financial Officer.


MARLTON, N.J. -- Acsis, Inc., a leader in delivering shop floor process automation and enterprise data collection solutions for the supply chain, today announced that Tonya Zweier has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Zweier will be responsible for the management of corporate-wide accounting and overall financial operations of the company where her experience will help enhance the company's growth.

Ms. Zweier brings over 15 years of extensive financial, accounting and compliance experience from a wide range of industries in public and private sectors. Prior to joining Acsis, Ms. Zweier was employed by Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. for over ten years, where she held several financial leadership positions with increasing responsibilities. Most recently, she was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and financial reporting. Prior to Safeguard, she was a member of the Information and Communications Audit practice in the Philadelphia office of KPMG KPMG Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (accounting firm)
