), a leading manufacturer and installer of television transmitters is pleased to announce an agreement for the sale of multiple transmitters to Sunbelt Communications Co., Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. , N/v, and its subsidiaries. The first orders are for a 30KW UHF (Ultra High Frequency) The range of electromagnetic frequencies from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. In the U.S., analog television has used UHF channels 52 to 69 in the 700 MHz band.  Diacrode transmitter and a 20KW VHF (Very High Frequency) The range of electromagnetic frequencies from 30 MHz to 300 MHz.  transmitter, broadband antenna and accessories.

Sunbelt and its multiple subsidiaries are expanding operations and upgrading existing facilities. The agreement is for the purchase of up to 17 transmitter systems to be installed over the next five years with an approximate value of $6,000,000.
