Acrodyne Announces Voluntary Delisting from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

COCKEYSVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2000

Acrodyne Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACROE) announced today that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market effective September 21, 2000.
