Acrendo Software Announces Exclusive Agreement with R & A Consultants as Value Added Reseller.

SAN DIEGO -- Software Company Expands Sales and Support Network for its AImed(TM) Medical Practice Management Software into Growing Southern Florida Market

Acrendo Software, Inc. today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with R & A Consultants of Miami as Value Added Reseller (VAR) of AImed (a-i-med) Medical Practice Management software for small- and medium-sized medical offices in the southern Florida market. R & A Consultants will provide local sales, training and product support, now allowing Acrendo to distribute AImed to this large and growing market.

Casey Guss, President and CEO of Acrendo Software, considers the growth potential in Florida to be substantial and important in this stage of the company's growth.

"We are optimistic about the prospects of our partnership with R & A Consultants," states Guss. "Southern Florida represents a large untapped market opportunity for Acrendo, and the resources and abilities of R & A in that market should result in a significant increase in sales of AImed," Guss continues.

R & A Consultants has already received positive feedback for AImed from local private practices who comment that with all its capabilities, the system is still very user-friendly. After researching similar systems, R & A Consultants concluded that AImed was the best option for a 3-in-1 package solution -- Scheduling, EMR and Billing -- available for private practices.

Referencing an Inc. Magazine piece in March of this year in which 277 cities were reviewed and ranked on a range of factors including history of job growth, local support, and overall affordability, Alexandra Miller, Vice President of Sales for R & A Consultants, is confident in the growth of their region. In the ranking, Florida was cited as the number one state in America in which to start a business.

"I am excited to promote and introduce AImed in southern Florida, one of the greatest areas of growth in healthcare, especially the specialist segment," Miller stated. "The potential for small business in Florida is wonderful, claiming six of the top 25 cities in the large metro category of Inc. Magazine's ranking," continued Miller.

The Tampa Bay area, which ranked 14 on a list of the 25 best cities in which to start a business, and the Sarasota Metropolitan area, which ranked third among medium metro areas, make central and southern Florida a premium location for new companies.
