EuroTelecom announced today that negotiations were concluded for the acquisition of RTC Inc. a sales, consulting and marketing firm specializing in Information Technology and Communications hardware and software products.

RTC Inc. represents EuroTelecom's first acquisition in a planned series of strategic partnering with high technology mergers and acquisitions that support the rising demand for quality and cost effective Information Technology solutions.
