The award is given annually to companies and customers in recognition of their contributions in helping maintain the reliability of New England's bulk power grid through the use of demand response. ISO New England is recognizing Comverge's CoolSentry[TM] program due to its unique place in the region of providing residential and small commercial customers an ability to participate economically in a program that helps maintain grid reliability.
