Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group.


The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group announced that Russell Schildkraut and Patrick Hanlon were recently named principals of the firm.

Schildkraut joined Ackman-Ziff in 1997. He is head of underwriting and loan placement and serves as a member of the firm's executive committee. Since joining the firm, he has successfully closed more than 160 transactions and over $4 billion of debt, mezzanine and equity financing Equity Financing

It comprises 13 schools and colleges, maintaining 4 main centers (including the Medical Center) in the city, as well as the  Real Estate Masters Program.
