In two of the most significant class action cases in recent memory, the Global Crossing and WorldCom Securities Litigations, GCG achieved unparalleled levels of operational excellence. , GCG handled 500,000 claims, distributed approximately $450 million, calculated the precise amount of individual awards and accomplished it all with an extraordinary processing accuracy rate of 99.99%. The Global Crossing litigation was characterized by particularly complex Plans of Allocation. There were six (6) general categories of "Global Crossing Securities" and fourteen (14) separate pools of funds for distribution of Award Amounts. At over $6 billion dollars, the WorldCom case is the second largest class action on record. In that case, GCG processed nearly one million claims and achieved an outstanding processing accuracy rate of 99.97%. The WorldCom litigation, the second largest securities class action ever, involved over 40 securities including stock, bonds and options.

GCG's prowess is a result of both its experienced resources and superior technology. GCG's competence has been independently established by Court stipulated third party audits. Due to the complexity of the processing and magnitude of the settlement dollars, the respective Courts ordered these audits to be conducted. With near perfect accuracy levels achieved in both cases GCG's operations, controls and quality assurance were validated to the satisfaction of the respective Courts and clients.
