Achieve Matrix Integrated with Impel's Family Portal at Columbine.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Achieve Healthcare Technologies (www.achievehealthcare.com) and Impel Long Term Care Systems LLC (www.impelcaresystems.com) recently entered into an agreement for the two companies to provide long-term care clinical management integrated with a family communications portal to Columbine Health Systems facilities (www.columbinehealth.com).

Together, Matrix and LTC Caremunicate streamline Columbine's internal process for capturing and communicating resident-specific information, while also improving the way resident care is managed, documented and communicated.
