However, both are produced in a chemical plant. , today announced that its Board of Directors declared a 3-for-2 stock dividend and a cash dividend of $.17, an 11% increase over last year's dividend (both adjusted for the stock dividend), to be paid semi-annually.

There can be no assurance given, however, that the definitive acquisition agreement will be executed as expected or that the acquisition will ultimately be effected.
