Even more outstanding, he is the first AF FM enlisted Airmen to serve a 365 day TDY when he deployed to the Joint Area Support Group-Central, Baghdad, Iraq.

Technical Sergeant Gilles P. Brochu, Jr. (October 2007)

Technical Sergeant Gilles P. Brochu, Jr. serves as a Financial Analyst assigned to the 374th Comptroller Squadron, Yokota AB, Japan. Born in Putnam, CT, he enlisted in the Air Force in July 1996, and graduated from Technical Training at Sheppard AFB, TX. TSgt Brochu previously served at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, and RAF Mildenhall, England. While stationed at RAF Mildenhall, he deployed on three separate occasions. His superb home station and expeditionary mission support resulted in earning recognition as the 100th CPTS Airman of the Year (2000) and 100 CPTS NCO of the Year (2002).

TSgt Brochu's excellent performance continues at Yokota AB. Gaining experience as a lead financial analyst, he was named the 374th CPTS NCO of the Quarter twice in FY05, selected PACAF FM NCO of the Quarter, 4th qtr FY05, and named the 374th CPTS 2006 NCO of the Year. The outstanding accomplishments of TSgt Gilles Brochu clearly sets him apart as ACES HIGH!!!

Staff Sergeant Jodi A. Schmidt (November 2007)

Staff Sergeant Jodi A. Schmidt is an instructor for enlisted courses, 335th Training Squadron at Keesler AFB, Mississippi. She was born in Sioux City, Iowa <noinclude></noinclude>

It is the principal city of the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses all of Archer, Clay and Wichita counties. . After enlisting in December 1998, she attended Technical School at Sheppard AFB, Texas. SSgt Schmidt served at Scott AFB, Illinois, Kunsan Air Base Kunsan Air Base (IATA: KUV, ICAO: RKJK), is a United States Air Force base located on the western side of the South Korean peninsula bordered by the Yellow Sea. , South Korea, and Sheppard AFB, Texas. Her many accomplishments at Sheppard AFB led to back-to-back selections as NCO of the Quarter in 2003. In August 2004, SSgt Schmidt deployed to Bagram AB, Afghanistan, where she managed the Commanders Emergency Relief Program that helped rebuild the Afghanistan infrastructure.

 David D. Graham (December 2007)

Airman First Class David D. Graham is a Financial Analyst assigned to the 17th CPTS, Goodfellow AFB, Texas. He was born in Piqua, OH and joined the Air Force in March 2006. A1C Graham's outstanding work ethic earned him a superb customer satisfaction rating. In January 2007, squadron leadership handpicked him to fill a vacant SSgt position in the Financial Analysis Flight. He completed all core tasks and career development courses within 8 months of his arrival, and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting at Angelo State University History

His clear dedication to the Air Force Core Values undoubtedly earns him ACES HIGH!!!

Staff Sergeant Michele A. Stewart (January 2008)

SSgt Michele A. Stewart is a Financial Analyst assigned to the 47th Comptroller Squadron, Laughlin AFB, Texas. She was born in Hudson, New York. After completing AF basic training, she attended FM technical training at Sheppard AFB. Sergeant Stewart was first assigned to the 48th CPTS, RAF Lakenheath, where her hard work directly contributed to her squadron earning the 2000 USAFE USAFE United States Air Forces in Europe
USAFE Utah Safety Awareness and Fire Educators (Murray, UT) 
 Financial Services Office of the Year honor.

She was reassigned to the 20th CPTS at Shaw AFB in July 2001, and then deployed to A1-Udeid AB, Qatar in November 2003. Upon return, SSgt Stewart's efforts resulted in numerous accolades including squadron Top Performer Award, NCO of the Quarter at both levels, and the Chief's Group J.J. Pollack Look Sharp Award. Since arriving at Laughlin AFB, her leadership and process improvements have twice led to recognition as wing staff NCO of the Quarter. Sergeant Stewart's demonstration of passion and excellence throughout her career makes her truly ACES HIGH!!!

Technical Sergeant Patrica Helderman (February 2008)

Technical Sergeant Patrica Helderman is Quality Assurance Manager for 36th Comptroller Squadron, Andersen AFB, Guam. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she graduated from basic training in 1995. After attending technical training, she was assigned to DFAS-Dayton, and next to Aviano AB, Italy. These assignments led to her selection as the DFAS-Dayton Finance Directorate's 1997 Airman of the Year, 31 CPTS Airman of the Quarter, and 16 AF's Airman of the Quarter for July-September 1999.

Her Operation IRAQI FREEDOM deployment led to her recognition as 379 ECPTS NCO of the Month and 314 CPTS NCO of the Quarter. While at Osan AB and Wright-Patterson AFB, she continued to receive awards for her superior technical and leadership skills. Since arriving at Andersen AFB, PACAF/IG has recognized her efforts as a Top Performer. Sergeant Helderman is a crucial asset to the FM community and Air Force, and is definitely ACES HIGH!!!
