To date, the 2006 drill program has focused on two areas: the Gold Oxide Skarn skarn In geology, a metamorphic zone developed in the contact area around igneous rock intrusions when carbonate sedimentary rocks are invaded by and replaced with chemical elements that originate from the igneous rock mass nearby. Zone (herein "GOSZ") at the Open Pit and the Western Porphyry Porphyry, Greek scholar Porphyry (pôr`fĭrē), c.232–c.304, Greek scholar and Neoplatonic philosopher. Eight diamond core holes (PDH-025 to PDH-032) have been completed within an area measuring approximately 350 m (1,148 ft) north-south, by 600 m (1,968 ft) east-west. The Company is now in receipt of analytical results for holes PDH-025 thru PDH-029 completed during the current 2006 drill program, and remaining results for PDH-024, which was completed during the latter part of 2005. Highlights are as follows: Results include PDH-025 which intersected 60.80 m (199.5 ft) of 0.71 g/t Au and 1.18% Cu; PDH-27 which intersected 78.5 m(257.5 ft) of 0.44 g/t Au and 0.36% Cu and PDH-028 which intersected 38.0 m(124.7 ft) of 0.24 g/t Au and 0.87% Cu.

EXTENSION OF THE GOLD OXIDE SKARN ZONE (GOSZ) Holes PDH-027 and 028, were located approximately 250 m to the southeast of the main open pit, and intersected significant gold and copper values. These holes successfully extended the known gold mineralization at the "GOSZ") by more than 250 meters/820ft to the southeast. The total drill tested strike length of the "GOSZ" is currently 501 meters or 1,644 feet. Additional details for the 2006 drill holes are as follows: PDH-025 (225 azimuth azimuth (ăz`əməth), in astronomy, one coordinate in the altazimuth coordinate system. PDH-026 (225 azimuth at an inclination of -60 degrees to a total depth of 150.70 m) was collared northeast of PDH-6 to test for skarn mineralization. The hole was drilled across a strong near surface IP chargeability anomaly that measures 1.2 km in length and is partly coincident co·in·ci·dent adj. 1. Occupying the same area in space or happening at the same time: a series of coincident events. See Synonyms at contemporary. 2. with the gold mineralization at the Open Pit area. The best results were from 40.0-113.5 m (73.5 m/241 ft) and returned 168 ppb ppb abbr. parts per billion Au (0.17 gpt Au) and 1321 ppm (Pages Per Minute) The measurement of printer speed. See gppm. PPM - Portable Pixmap Cu (0.13% Cu). This includes 89.0-101.50 m (12.50 m/41 ft) of 0.07 g/t Au and 0.78% Cu and 101.50-113.5 m (12.0 m/39 ft) of 0.52 g/t Au. PDH-027: (270 azimuth at an inclination of -50 degrees to a total depth of 101.30 m) was collared approximately 250 meters along strike to the southeast of the Open Pit, in an area of strong copper and gold anomalism in nearby soils and trenches. Best results were from 10.5-89.0 m (78.5 m/259 ft) and returned 0.44 g/t Au and 0.36% Cu. PDH-028: (270 azimuth at an inclination of -70 degrees to a total depth of 121.05 m) was collared at the same location as PDH-27.

The Gold Oxide Skarn Zone ("GOSZ") identified in the Open Pit area has been extended by more than 250 meters (820 ft) to the south by PDH-027 and 028; total strike length of the GOSZ is now 501 m or 1,644 ft and remains open along strike to the NW and SE.
