According to the company, the nettop, which is about the size of a book, can be used as a fully-functional home office PC or as a multimedia hub for casual gaming when connected to an LCD or television. The AspireRevo features NVIDIA ION supporting NVIDIA CUDA CUDA Compute Unified Device Architecture (Nvidia) CUDA Capacitive Unit Discharge ASIC (Apple Computers) technology and Microsoft DirectX, enabling users to watch 1080p HD movies, play DirectX 10 games and leverage the 3D capabilities of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium. The product includes low power, dual-core Intel Atom 330 processor, designed for nettops and netbooks. The low-power consumption processor combined with optimised component placement reduces overall system noise for a comfortable, quiet environment. The system also features high-definition audio support, a 160GB SATA (Serial ATA) A serial version of the ATA (IDE) interface, which has been the de facto standard hard disk interface for desktop PCs for more than two decades.
