Ace Parking Welcomes Three Aboard; America's Largest Private Parking Contractor Adds to Executive Team.

SAN DIEGO -- Ace Parking Management, Inc., North America's largest privately-owned parking contractor, has announced three additions to its corporate headquarters in downtown San Diego.

CFO Charles Blottin is responsible for overseeing its corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, information technology, taxation, budgeting and risk management. Mr. Blottin is a California CPA and previously worked in Deloitte and Touche's audit practice at its New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles locations. Most recently, Mr. Blottin served as CFO for Kelly Capital, a San Diego-based private investment firm. He received his BA from Brown University and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Christopher Dale joins Ace as director of communications & public relations

taking over for the recently departed Chris Orlando. Mr. Dale most recently served as director of public relations and marketing for Wellspring International, a wireless submetering provider in La Jolla. Prior to that he worked at Mentus, one of San Diego's larger marketing and communications agencies where he represented a variety of high tech clients. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in communications and political science from the University of California, Davis.

As the new director of human resources, Cynthia Heu brings over 20 years of experience in employee relations, training and development to Ace Parking. She most recently served as HR director for Tenet Healthcare in Alvarado Hospital Medical Center. Prior to Tenet, she spent over two decades in the hospitality industry including Cendant Corporation, Westin and Marriott hotels. Mrs. Heu holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Hawaii.
