Ace Parking Continues Texas Hotel Growth; Hilton Americas - Houston Joins Ace Portfolio.

HOUSTON -- Ace Parking Management, Inc., North America's largest privately-owned parking and valet contractor, has announced a major addition to its growing list of Texas clients: The Hilton Americas - Houston hotel in Houston, TX.

Hilton Americas is Houston's largest convention hotel, located downtown and steps from Minute Maid Park and the Toyota Center. The facility has over 1,200 rooms and 91,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and is considered to be one of the country's most luxurious and unique convention hotels.

"Our primary concern is creating a first-class, memorable experience for our guests," said Hilton Americas manager Tod Chambers. "We felt Ace Parking was best situated to deliver that level of service."

Since 2000, Ace Parking has been awarded a number of high-profile hotel contracts in Texas including the St. Regis Hotel, Houston, Hyatt at Reunion, Dallas, the Fairmont Hotel, Dallas, the Grand Hyatt DFW and Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, San Antonio. The Hilton Americas represents the largest hotel in Ace Parking's portfolio.
